Shipping policy

★ USA Shipping: Important Update! ★

From 29 August 2025, new U.S. import rules mean that all parcels, regardless of value, are subject to customs clearing.

  • For U.S. customers, my original lino-prints are exempt from tariff charges (they fall under the HS Code 9702.90), so there will be no hidden costs for you. Royal Mail charges me a small handling fee, which I will cover upfront.
  • For any other items in my shop (stickers, greetings cards, bookmarks, etc.) there is a 10% tariff, which for the moment I will also cover. If I decide to change this policy, I will make this clear in an update.
  • You should not incur any extra charges, and your shopping experience remains as it was prior to these latest regulations.

I want purchasing from me to be simple and unproblematic for my loyal U.S. supporters, who make up a large proportion of my customer base.

There may be minor delays whilst U.S. customs adjusts to this new situation, so thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.

★ Shipping fees

I am at the mercy of ever-increasing postage rates, and also live in a rural area so choose support my local Post Office as opposed to outsourcing to a courier. I include a small fee on top of the baseline shipping rates to help cover some of the expense of packaging up your orders safely. As the majority of the items in this shop are paper-based, I hope you will understand that extra care is needed in the form of sturdy cardboard mailers, acid-free tissue, or protective sleeves.

Some items will need to be rolled in a tube, and some need to remain flat. If you make a purchase that includes a mixture of these conditions, you may receive your order in two separate parcels. This is at no extra cost to you.

★ When will my order process?

  • I process orders within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation. As each item is unique and sometimes has to be printed on demand, my order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. Please also bear in mind that prints sometimes need extra time to dry; fabric prints can take up to two weeks, but rest assured I will ship your order as soon as possible.

★ How long does shipping take?

I am based in the United Kingdom and it is important to me to support my local Post Office instead of outsourcing to couriers. Please be patient, and take the following time-frames as a guideline. If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected estimation, do send me a message with your order number and full name.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

International Shipping (USA/Canada)

EU Shipping

Due to Brexit and the new packaging regulations, unfortunately I am unable to ship to the European Union through this website. However, I can ship to a limited number of EU countries through my Etsy shop. Please visit there for a smaller selection of prints! Thanks for understanding.

★ I can't see shipping options to my country?

It is possible that I can ship to your location but have not yet enabled this on my website. Please get in touch and I will see what I can do.

★ Tracking numbers and insurance

Orders over £25 (domestic and international) are shipped with Royal Mail or Parcelforce tracking. Orders below that price point are normally sent Standard/untracked. 

Orders totalling over £50 will have extra insurance added for free.

★ How do I check the status of my order?

If you have purchased a tracked delivery service, when your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status at

Sometimes at least 24 hours is required for this information to become available.
