★ Refunds and Returns

Every item in my shop is hand-printed and inevitably will have slight differences that contribute to the charm and uniqueness of your purchase. Therefore, I cannot offer refunds and returns for buyers’ remorse or if an item does not look precisely like the one example shown on the website. All sales are final.

Please note that colours may differ depending on monitor screens. I advise you to check all aspects of the listing carefully, to ensure the item is suitable before you commit to purchasing. If you have any questions, do message me prior to making a sale and I will be happy to help.

Damaged Items
I endeavour to package items well, so in the rare event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me within 48 hours of receiving your parcel . It is important to include your full name, order number, and digital photographs of the item’s condition. I address each issue on a case-by-case basis and will assist you wherever possible in filing a claim with the mail handler.

Lost Items
Once a parcel has been handed over to the Post Office, I cannot be held responsible for what happens to it in transit. If you believe your parcel to be lost, please first check tracking information --if applicable-- in case of an update, and then ensure the maximum delivery time-frame for your location has passed (see Shipping Policies).

If the item is still within the United Kingdom, I am obliged to wait for 10 Business Days after the maximum due delivery date before being able to contact Royal Mail and start the claims investigation.

For items which have left the United Kingdom, I am obliged to wait for 20 Business Days after the maximum due delivery date before being able to contact Royal Mail and start the claims investigation. Please note that I will have limited ability to track a parcel if it is already overseas and it is your responsibility to also follow up on their parcel with your respective country's postal services. I always keep proof of postage for all purchases.
